Terms of Service

By accessing or using Testhide (the "Service") — a CI/CD platform with native LLM evaluation — you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where feasible.
Accounts & acceptable use
Keep your credentials, API keys, and tokens secure — you're responsible for activity under your account; tell us at thuesdays@gmail.com if a key is compromised. Don't: break the law or third-party rights, upload malware, access others' data or our infrastructure, reverse-engineer or extract the Service, resell/white-label it without a written agreement, or circumvent plan limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis (see pricing); prices are in USD, exclusive of taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled — cancel anytime from settings, effective at period end. Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of a new term get a pro-rata refund; monthly plans are non-refundable. Billing errors are handled case-by-case.
Intellectual property & your data
The Testhide platform and all related materials are our IP; these Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your internal business during your subscription. You retain ownership of the code, configuration, and data you bring ("Customer Data"); you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the Service.
Model improvement. We reserve the right to collect non-confidential, non-sensitive information (anonymized/aggregated usage signals and product-quality data) to develop and improve our models. We exclude secrets, credentials, and content you mark confidential, and never sell it — see the Privacy Policy.
Warranties & liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't warrant it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the prior 12 months. We aim for 99% uptime (status).
Termination, disputes & changes
You may close your account anytime; we may suspend or terminate it for a breach, fraud, or legal requirement (with notice where allowed). After termination we keep your data 30 days for export, then delete it. For disputes, email thuesdays@gmail.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution; unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration under internationally recognised rules. We may update these Terms and will notify registered users of material changes by email; continued use means acceptance. Contact: thuesdays@gmail.com.
